How does a free trial work?
After your live demo and if the Talon.One solution suits your business requirements and use cases, we will create a test domain for you like yourcompany.talon.one. For the duration of your free trial, you’ll have access to the API and all of the capabilities you are testing.
What happens after the free trial ends?
You will no longer have access to your Talon.One domain. We will keep your data for a period of time, should you choose to purchase our solution at a later date.
What is 'technical integration at no cost'?
One of our Integration Managers will work from your office to support the integration until the Talon.One setup is complete, at no additional cost.
Do you offer any support?
Yes, all plans include standard support via Slack channel, email, mobile, etc. to solve any support cases as quickly as possible. You will also have a dedicated success manager providing ongoing support for any type of question.
Can you guarantee uptime?
Yes! We guarantee uptime of 98.5%. For Enterprise-level plans we can even guarantee a higher percentage. Please contact us for details.
Can you invoice me?
Yes! We offer invoicing for every plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you’re enrolled in a month-to-month plan then you can cancel anytime. You will be charged for the month that you’ve canceled. If you’re enrolled in an annual plan then you will need to contact support or your success manager. Please make also sure to check out our cancellation terms.
